Store manager - Leuven

As our new shop manager (35 hours), working in the luxury retail segment, you are ultimately responsible for achieving our sales targets and creating unforgettable customer experiences.

This means among other things:

• being a role model for your team and an ambassador for the Rituals brand;
• working together with your area manager to set and improve goals for sales and KPI's;
• developing monthly plans (including optimal staffing) based on productivity targets;
• ensuring that store administration runs smoothly (cash register control, absenteeism, hours registration, inventory, health & safety, store maintenance). You also manage the store budgets (including costs and productivity) and work with financial results;
• coaching your team, stimulating their well-being and engagement by regularly conducting 1-on-1 conversations. You know how to make a connection with your team and organize team meetings to celebrate successes and reflect on possible growth points and developments.
