Store Manager

Lavoropiu SpA selects a Store Manager for an important Italian company specialized in the sale of sofas and home furnishing solutions, to be assigned to the Siena showroom.

We are looking for a person with experience in store management, capable of combining leadership, commercial orientation, and customer relationship focus.

The role will be responsible for the management of the showroom and the team, dealing with:

• Management and coordination of store resources;
• Organization of shifts and planning of daily activities;
• Monitoring of KPIs and the commercial performance of the store;
• Mentoring and supporting the team during commercial negotiations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as Store Manager or Store Manager;
• Flexibility and availability to work on weekends;
• Excellent relational and communication skills.

A structured onboarding process of approximately 4 weeks is planned, with 2 weeks of operational mentoring and the possibility of relocating to the Milan headquarters.

Offer:

• Initial contract of 6 months fixed-term, with the aim of permanent employment;
• 2nd level CCNL Commercio, 14 monthly payments, annual gross salary of 33-35k;

The remuneration will be quantified based on objective and gender-neutral criteria and the relevant provisions of the collective agreement applied in relation to the position.

• Meal vouchers of €8 for each working day of at least 7 hours;
• Incentive system linked to individual and store results;
• Overtime pay for Sunday work.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:30 AM–1:00 PM / 3:00 PM–7:30 PM
• Weekend: 10:00 AM–8:00 PM
