What will you do?

Together with your Assistant Store Manager, you'll be the go-to person in the store. You:

• Lead and coach your team daily
• Monitor sales figures and set action plans
• Ensure a customer-centric shopping experience
• Organize recruitment, onboarding, and training
• Maintain the store's top condition every day
• Work alongside staff and set a good example yourself
