DE JOBINHOUD?

In this role, you will be supported by your Assistant Store Manager.

• You are responsible for optimizing the store and sales results
• You keep a close eye on sales figures, determine what is needed to achieve the targets and motivate your team to come together
• You manage and coach your team
• You see the development needs of your colleagues and provide them with the right training
• You radiate positivity and motivate your colleagues to do the same: you sell our products with a smile
• You ensure that the store always looks top-notch
• You recruit new colleagues and stand in for their onboarding and introduction into the team

• Is a born motivator with experience in managing and developing a team
• Is communicatively strong and finds the right words to inspire a team
• Kan enthousiast verkopen and becomes an ambassador for JYSK
• Feels responsible for customer service and store results
• Has a commercial approach
• Is stress-resistant, keeps his head cool and gives direction when needed
• Strives for better results, but doesn't let his head drop when things get tough
• Is willing to split the weekend into 2 separate days and work on Saturday, as there are many customers to help then

We process applications on a continuous basis. Do you qualify for the position? Then you will receive two tests (logic and personality test). If we see a potential match, you will be invited to an interview where we'll gauge your motivation. We close the recruitment when we find the right candidate.
