THE JOB REQUIREMENTS?

In this role, you will be supported by your Assistant Store Manager.

• You are responsible for optimizing the store and sales results
• You keep a close eye on sales figures, determine what is needed to achieve targets and motivate your team to come together
• You manage and coach your team
• You see the development needs of your colleagues and provide them with the right training
• You radiate positivity and motivate your colleagues to do the same: you sell our products with a smile
• You ensure that the store always looks top-notch
• You recruit new colleagues and are responsible for their onboarding and introduction into the team
