Store Manager

For an important client company, leader in the food service sector, we are looking for a Restaurant manager with experience. What will you be responsible for? The resource will be responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, with the goal of ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Main activities include: - Coordinating and supervising the team of waiters and kitchen staff, ensuring correct service performance and maintaining high quality standards. - Managing and optimizing resources, both in terms of personnel and supplies, to ensure effective operational organization. - Monitoring financial performances, preparing periodic reports on costs, sales, and profit margins. - Taking care of supplier relationships and inventory management, ensuring that all raw materials are of high quality. - Ensuring that all hygiene and safety regulations are respected at every stage of service

We're looking for: - Previous experience as Food and Beverage Manager or in advanced management roles within the food service sector. - Good organizational, communicative, and leadership skills. - Customer-oriented and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to service quality. - Knowledge of HACCP regulations and financial management practices. - Flexibility and availability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays.
