As Store Manager, you will lead a dynamic team to deliver a world-class customer experience and shape the retail presence of a global brand in Australia. Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs through exceptional merchandising, promotional execution, and team coaching.
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a passionate team that represents the brand culture.
- Ensure every customer receives an elevated and memorable experience.
- Oversee store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, compliance, and financial accountability.
- Create a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in retail or sporting apparel, or a high-performing Assistant Manager ready to step up.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Passion for sport, fashion, and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong operational focus and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
