Store Manager (m/f/d) 100%

For our Weekend Max Mara store in the heart of Zurich at Falkenstrasse 11, 8001 Zurich, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated Store Manager, starting immediately or by agreement.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the entrepreneurial leadership of the branch and, together with your motivated team, will shape the appearance of the branch.

Your main tasks:

• Active sales and customer service for our local and international clientele
• Organization and management of the branch
• Inventory management, incoming goods and sales control
• Planning of window display design and visual merchandising
• Leadership, coaching, motivation and personnel deployment planning for 3 employees
• Organization of local events in cooperation with the management

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in selling high-quality fashion, ideally first management experience
• Entrepreneurial personality with a high degree of initiative, commitment and flexibility
• Stylish, well-groomed appearance with impeccable manners
• Good local network
• Strong flair for visual merchandising
• High sense of responsibility and exemplary reliability
• Native German speaker and very good English skills, Italian is an advantage
