How does your day look like
- As Store Manager, you have an overview of the entire store.
- You offer and ensure that excellent customer service is given on all levels.
- You analyze reports, KPIs, and budgets of the store to secure the profitability of your store.
- You participate in training sessions and meetings given by the regional team.
- You follow everything at a high pace in the store and ensure that your colleagues precisely know what is expected of them.
- You ensure that all procedures are followed (planning, deliveries, safety routines, loss prevention).
- You lead, train, and develop your team.
- You are an example for your team and function as a role model.
