STORE MANAGER GUTTERIDGE MARTIGNACCO (C.C. CITTA' FIERA)

The GUTTERIDGE brand is currently present in Italy with over 70 stores, located on the main shopping streets of the most important Italian cities and within the most prestigious shopping centers and outlet parks.

We are looking for a STORE MANAGER for the GUTTERIDGE store in MARTIGNACCO, at the C.C. Città Fiera.

We wish to connect with individuals who have gained experience in structured corporate environments within the formal menswear sector, possessing good organizational skills, a natural aptitude for assisted sales, and interpersonal relationships.

Knowledge of sartorial products will be an additional plus for evaluation.

A good knowledge of the English language and familiarity with the Office Suite complete the profile.

The individual will be an ambassador of the GUTTERIDGE brand values and responsible for the point of sale; they will set an example in sales and product knowledge, both towards customers and their own staff.

Responsibilities will include:

- managing the Store and ensuring its commercial success, achieving the budget and KPI objectives set by the commercial management;

- selecting, training, and evaluating staff

- organizing work shifts;

- Systematically and efficiently managing the Store's operational activities in accordance with established policies and procedures;

- Monitoring KPIs to gain a comprehensive view of the Store's commercial performance and achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives;

- Working closely with store support departments (Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, and Human Resources);

What we offer:

- I / II level - CCNL tertiary, distribution, and services; annual salary between 30K / 35K
