Store Manager – Guess Designer Outlet Roermond (38 hours/week) For our Guess Designer Outlet Store in Roermond, we are looking for a results-driven and inspiring Store Manager with strong leadership skills and a commercial mindset. Your mission: As Store Manager, you are the face of the store and the driving force behind your team. You ensure every customer enjoys the full Guess experience , while coaching your team to consistently deliver top performance. Your responsibilities: Achieving and exceeding sales targets, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading and motivating a team of sales associates, managing inventory and visual merchandising, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of store appearance. Your profile: You have a strong commercial background and experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry. You are a natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and you are able to work in a fast-paced environment. You are fluent in Dutch and English.
