Store Manager

Golden Goose is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Store Manager ! The Store Manager will ensure the accomplishment of commercial targets (sales volume, main KPIs, profitability and client development), the development of brand awareness and the management and development of their team, creating an environment of retail excellence. Responsibilities: Oversee retail store by managing staff, coordinating business activities, controlling inventory, handling operational processes and administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction and increase employee engagement. Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training and feedback to ensure excellent performance. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, open communication and continuous learning. Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to optimize store operations and achieve business objectives. Collaborate with the Head Office to implement company-wide initiatives and programs. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 3+ years of experience as Store Manager or similar role. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
