Join the team and make every sale a unique experience! For the Bluespirit store that will soon open in Villesse (GO) we are looking for a resource to be hired as STORE MANAGER JEWELRY STORE. By joining our team, you will be responsible for: Guaranteeing a perfect customer experience in line with company standards; Coordinating, training and motivating the sales team; Managing the store's performance through the analysis of KPIs and the implementation of targeted actions; Managing the merchandise and the display of the products; Ensuring the proper functioning of the store and compliance with safety regulations; Managing the store's inventory and replenishment; Managing the store's budget and costs. We are looking for: Previous experience in a similar role in the jewelry sector or in the luxury retail sector; Strong leadership and team management skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proven ability to achieve sales targets; Orientation towards the customer and attention to detail; Passion for the jewelry sector; Knowledge of the English language is a plus.
