Join a boutique dedicated to helping women feel confident and amazing in their own skin. We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our beautiful Wellington boutique and bring the magic of perfect fit to life.
What you'll do:
Lead and inspire a small, friendly team
Create genuine connections and deliver expert fittings (full training provided)
Drive sales, service and store performance
Oversee rostering, stock, store presentation and reporting
Be hands-on - from styling customers to building a positive, empowering culture
What we're looking for:
A warm, confident communicator who leads by example
Retail management or leadership experience (Store/Assistant Manager)
Passion for fashion, fit and making women feel incredible
Detail-focused, organised and approachable
