We're on the lookout for an experienced Manager to lead a passionate team in a design-led retail environment. This role is all about motivating people, driving sales, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing:
Inspiring and supporting your team to hit sales targets and KPIs
Overseeing day to day store operations: stock, visual displays, transactions, and general flow
Delivering outstanding service and building strong customer connections
Keeping on top of stock levels and reporting, making sure everything runs smoothly
Leading by example to ensure the store is seamless and welcoming

What we're looking for:
5+ years' retail experience, including at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role
Strong sales track record and experience motivating a team
Confident, people focused leadership style with great communication skills
Organised, detail driven, and confident with stock control and reporting systems
Passion for interiors, furniture, or homeware a bonus!
