Lead the store day to day, ensuring sales, KPIs and service targets are smashed
Deliver outstanding customer experiences, every time
Coach, mentor, and develop the team to be high performers
Manage VM, stock, shrinkage, wage budgets and rosters
Build community relationships with schools, sports groups & local partners
Create a positive, inclusive team culture focused on learning and wellbeing
