About the role
This is a hands-on Store Manager opportunity, ideal for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Working Monday to Friday, you will oversee the front-of-house retail operation, drive performance, and lead a committed team to deliver exceptional service every day.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the retail team

• Drive sales performance and retail KPIs

• Ensure outstanding customer experience at all times

• Manage rostering, wages, and daily store operations

• Maintain strong visual merchandising and stock standards

• Work closely with pharmacy leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What you will bring

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Manager

• Strong people leadership and coaching capability

• A customer-first mindset with a commercial approach

• Confidence managing KPIs, rosters, and retail operations

• Pharmacy or health retail experience highly regarded, but not essential
