About the role
This is a hands-on Store Manager opportunity, ideal for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. Working Monday to Friday, you will oversee the front-of-house retail operation, drive performance, and lead a committed team to deliver exceptional service every day.
What you will do

Lead, coach, and develop the retail team

Drive sales performance and retail KPIs

Ensure outstanding customer experience at all times

Manage rostering, wages, and daily store operations

Maintain strong visual merchandising and stock standards

Work closely with pharmacy leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What you will bring
-
Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Manager

Strong people leadership and coaching capability
-
A customer-first mindset with a commercial approach

Confidence managing KPIs, rosters, and retail operations

Pharmacy or health retail experience highly regarded, but not essential
