We are looking for someone who:
• Manages the store completely: you are the driving force behind daily activities and ensure a pleasant atmosphere for the team and clients.
• Provides exceptional customer service: you prioritize the client, aiming to make each visit unique.
• Inspires leadership: you motivate, guide, and support a dynamic team of salespeople.
• Organizes without fail: you plan and manage store activities with attention to sales results.
• Open communication: you collaborate closely with regional managers to grow the success of the store.
ProfileWhat makes you our ideal candidate:
• You are able to advise clients in French and Dutch
• You have experience in team management and sales (ideally in the clothing sector).
• You are passionate about fashion, trends, and new collections.
• You are a true leader, motivated by objectives and capable of inspiring your surroundings.
• Flexibility and dynamism are your watchwords: working weekends or with varying hours does not scare you.
• You enjoy taking on challenges and have a proactive approach to your work.
