Adecco's Retail Specialization, for a well-known home goods company, is looking for a:

Store Manager

The resource hired will be responsible for supporting the director in the complete management of the store and in particular:

• Team management, development, training, and motivation

• Monitoring of key KPIs with the aim of achieving the sales objectives of the point of sale

• Ensuring a good sales experience for customers

• Supervision of stock replenishment and display processes

• Ensuring the correct application of all company procedures and strategies

Main skills required:

• Previous experience in the role of GDO or Retail Store Manager

• Excellent results orientation skills

• Analytical and commercial abilities

• Propensity for in-store operations

• Strong propensity for management and leadership

• Knowledge of contractual regulations of the Commerce National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL)

Contractual conditions offered: Full time on shifts Mon-Sun; Employee, Commerce CCNL 2nd level + role allowance of €215 for 12 months. Annual gross salary (RAL) €33,000/€35,000
