Store Manager - Flooring Business

We're looking for a driven, no-nonsense Store Manager to take the reins of a busy flooring store in Prospect. This is a hands-on role in a franchise-owned business where your industry knowledge and leadership skills will make a real impact. You'll be responsible for driving sales, managing a team, and ensuring every customer walks away impressed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets

• Manage day-to-day operations, including stock, merchandising, and customer service

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with brand standards

• Take ownership of challenges and implement solutions quickly

• Ensure compliance with health & safety and franchise procedures

Skills & Experience

• Proven flooring experience is a MUST - carpet, tiles, or overall industry knowledge essential

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Hands-on, practical approach with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Experience in retail or franchise operations is highly regarded
