About the role
We're on the lookout for a motivated, culture-driven Store Manager to lead the team in Alice Springs. In this role, you'll inspire and guide a vibrant team to deliver exceptional customer service while driving store performance and achieving KPIs. Success will come through strong leadership, ongoing coaching and development, effective stock management, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.

* Store Management experience
* Worked in a KPI driven environment
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to coach and develop a team in sales
* Have a keen eye for detail
