Job Description The Store Manager reports to the District Director and supervises the store environment to promote inclusion and establish diverse relationships with customers. You lead and guide the team to achieve store objectives in terms of sales and profitability. You are also responsible for recruitment, performance management, training, and development. Your ability to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions will be essential.
