For a solid business reality operating in the energy sector, we have been entrusted with the selection of a / a: STORE MANAGER Location of work: nearby Vittuone (MI). Working hours: full-time 40-hour weekly from Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 18.00 (Friday early exit). Availability for extraordinary openings on Saturday for event participation. Employment contract: indefinite-term employment; direct contract with the company. Compensation package: €25-30K, depending on the actual experience gained by the selected resource) + Lunch Ticket worth €10.00. Health insurance and variable remuneration based on results achieved. The selected figure will preside over the assigned store and ensure that customer needs are met for both active and potential new customers. Role and Responsibilities: - Welcoming and assisting customers, tariff consulting, acquiring electricity and gas supply contracts; - Telephone research activities with existing client portfolio management; - Proactive mailing activities on prospect clients; - Store development activities and knowledge of the territory (external relations, sponsorship opportunities, and event participation); - Payment management; - Back-office activities on company IT systems; - Customer loyalty. Required qualifications for participating in Selections: - Previous experience of at least 1-3 years as a sales consultant / store assistant directly interacting with the public; - Flexibility in working hours; - Empathy and predisposition to managing commercial negotiations; - Attitude to relating empathetically with customers. Completing the profile is the ability to build relationships with clients and institutional interlocutors, as well as the ability to work independently even under stress conditions. Soft skills: - Empathy and predisposition to interacting with the public; - Entrepreneurship and proactivity. Reporting hierarchy: Store Manager. Functional relations: Internal: internal colleagues. External: customers, suppliers.
