STORE MANAGER E/O ASSISTANT MANAGER

E-Work e-work SpA, Employment Agency, is looking for a STORE MANAGER E/O ASSISTANT MANAGER for a structured restaurant chain. The Assistant, responding to the Store Manager, has the responsibility of coordinating the Restaurant or part of it during a shift in co-presence with the Store Manager or in full autonomy. It will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of quality and providing a good level of service to customers, intervening based on company guidelines, in the management of any complaints. RESPONSABILITIES: - manages and organizes kitchen activity, table services during its own shift; - ensures that correct information/consignments are passed on both with the previous shift and the next one; - manages administrative practices (orders, signature control, receipt of goods, end-of-shift cash count, evening closing); - checks the state of supplies such as raw materials and preparations in function of needs for its own shift and subsequent shifts, preparing orders and productions in case of shortages; - performs qualitative and quantitative control of merchandise upon reception and is concerned with communicating any discrepancies to the Procurement Responsible. - coordinates the team by assigning each member their workstation before the shift; - supports the process of selecting operators and conducts quarterly operator evaluations; - manages customer issues. REQUIRED: - diploma/qualification in technical services for restaurants and has at least a couple of years of experience in the restaurant industry, possibly with roles of coordination and supervision - available to work separate shifts (lunch and dinner) and on weekends - completes the profile with excellent team working and problem-solving skills. OFFERED: Working hours: Full-time, from Monday to Sunday with two days off per week at rotation, on two shifts (12:00-15:00/19:00-00:00). CCNL RISTORAZIONE.
