Job description

Manager Duties and responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, ensuring that the shop runs smoothly and efficiently. Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and customer service standards. Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring the shop operates within financial targets. Schedule staff shifts and manage employee performance, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and product knowledge. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and continuous learning. Monitor and control expenses, ensuring the shop operates within budget. Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to drive business growth. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
