Store Manager

We are seeking a polished, sales-driven and detail-oriented Retail Store Manager to lead our high-end jewellery boutique. This role requires a hands‑on individual who thrives in luxury retail, delivers exceptional customer service, drives sales performance, and ensures seamless day‑to‑day store operations. The successful candidate will act as both a senior sales consultant and operational leader, maintaining the highest standards of client experience, store presentation, and administrative excellence. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth; • Building strong relationships with customers through personalized service and product knowledge; • Leading and motivating a team of sales consultants to achieve individual and team goals; • Maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions; • Collaborating with the buying team to ensure timely receipt of new products and effective merchandising strategies; • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
