The successful individual will be responsible for managing a store, leading a team of sales assistants, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked with products and providing excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include: • Managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling. • Leading and motivating a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction. • Maintaining high levels of store appearance and ensuring that all store policies and procedures are adhered to. • Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. • Identifying opportunities for growth and development within the store and implementing initiatives to drive business results. Requirements: • A relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor's degree or equivalent). • At least 3 years of experience in a retail management role. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
