Store Manager Calliope - New Opening Voghera (PV)

We are looking for a Store Manager for the new Calliope store in Voghera, in the province of Pavia.

The selected candidate will report directly to the area commercial supervisor and will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all store operations.

Responsibilities

The Store Manager must ensure the achievement of expected revenue performance through:

- the implementation of commercial policies defined by the company;

- effective inventory management;

- the correct and efficient organization of human resources;

- the application of visual merchandising principles, space management, and performance;

- the motivation and development of their team's skills;

- effective customer relationship management, satisfaction, and loyalty.

Main Activities

- performance management: monitor and analyze sales data, foot traffic, and conversion rates, intervening promptly to ensure the expected performance of the various display areas;

- supervision of commercial and visual strategies, ensuring the required standards;

- warehouse management, ensuring conditions for timely restocking;

- ensure a customer experience consistent with the brand's sales style, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty;

- organization of training activities and staff management, in relation to company priorities.

Essential Requirements

Employment contract regulated by the CCNL Sector Tertiary – Confesercenti (Code CNEL H012) with 14 monthly payments. The indicated remuneration refers to a full-time employment relationship and will be proportionally adjusted in case of part-time contracts. The amount is also subject to remuneration changes provided for by the applicable CCNL, including those arising from contract renewals.
