Oversees the correct execution of visual merchandising guidelines generating a solid proposal and growth in sales through visual strategies Manages the main inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and store appearance Maintains accurate records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and employee performance Conducts regular store walks to ensure visual merchandising standards are met and makes recommendations for improvement Identifies opportunities to increase sales and implement strategies to achieve this goal Collaborates with the team to develop and implement in-store promotions and events Participates in the development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials Assists in the planning and execution of special events, such as fashion shows and product launches Provides exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and partners Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion Participates in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge Contributes to the achievement of business objectives by implementing process improvements and identifying opportunities for growth and development
