**Profile** For an entity in the fast casual food sector, we are looking for a **Store Manager** at the **Brescia** location. The resource will be directly integrated into the point of sale and will be responsible for the operational management of the venue, coordinating the team and ensuring high standards of service and quality.

**Responsibilities**

* Leadership and brand representation: you will be the face of the store, ensuring that every customer has an experience consistent with company values;

* Team training and growth: you will be responsible for training, supporting, and motivating staff, promoting a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment;

* Operational management: from shift planning to inventory control, you will be the point of reference to ensure order, efficiency, and compliance with quality standards;

* Customer experience: you will ensure that every customer leaves the point of sale with a smile and the desire to return;

* Administrative and financial management: you will control cash intake and deposits, maintaining constant alignment with the administrative office.

**Skills and Professionalism**

* Previous experience as Store Manager or Assistant Manager in the retail or restaurant sector (preferred).

* Strong team spirit and ability to inspire and motivate the group;

* Excellent organizational and priority management skills;

* Passion for good food and public interaction;

**Salary Information**

* Salary framework: CCNL Tourism Public Exercises, 3rd level classification, Annual Gross Salary between 24K and 27K

* Initial fixed-term contract of 1 year, with subsequent permanent employment
