STORE MANAGER - BOLZANO

Direzione Lavoro Group Spa (Aut. Min.01 del 21/01/19), divisione PERMANENT, for new opening we are looking for: STORE MANAGER

You will be responsible for:

• Gestire un team of about 8 people, resolving operational problems and applying company procedures;
• Supervise the opening and closing of the store;
• Write weekly work plans and organize employee shifts;
• Ensure compliance with productivity goals and KPIs, maintaining high service standards.

We are looking for someone with:

• Diploma or degree;
• Consolidated experience in the fashion industry and role;
• Background from structured companies with a strong culture oriented towards KPIs;
• Excellent management, problem-solving, and stress management skills;
• Proactivity, dynamism, and ability to work towards goals;
• Possession of passion for fashion, sales attitude, and product knowledge;
• Outstanding communication and relational skills;
• Flexibility in terms of hours, including weekends and holidays.

We offer:

• Start date: October 2025;
• Classification: To be evaluated based on the candidate's experience (indicatively I/II Level CCNL Commercio).

The selection process:

• Initial interviews curated by Direzione Lavoro.
• A day of Assessment in collaboration with the Brand: 29 July.
