Store Manager Bologna Airport

Piquadro is looking for a Store Manager.

Main activities:

Commercial and Operational Management

• Implement strategies to maximize store sales and profitability.
• Monitor sales results and propose corrective actions if necessary.
• Supervise stock management, ensuring effective merchandise rotation.
• Ensure compliance with the brand's Visual Merchandising standards.
• Coordinate daily store activities, ensuring a high level of operational efficiency.

Customer Management and Customer Experience

• Ensure the in-store experience aligns with brand values.
• Implement clienteling strategies to build customer loyalty and develop a VIP customer portfolio.
• Support the team in managing high-profile clients, ensuring personalized service.

Team Management

• Select, train, and develop the sales team.
• Motivate the team to ensure objectives are met.
• Conduct periodic performance evaluations of staff.

Marketing & PR Activities

• Organize exclusive events to attract and retain customers.
• Collaborate with marketing for local and digital promotional initiatives.
• Establish relationships with influencers, VIP clients, and strategic partners to increase store visibility.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in managerial roles in the luxury retail or premium fashion sector.
• A background in Retail Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is considered a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and clienteling techniques for VIP customer management.
• Proficiency in cash and administrative operations.
• Basic digital skills, including sales management software and social platforms.
• Proven experience in team management and staff development.
• Native or fluent Italian speaker.
• Fluent English.

Salary range: starting from €28,400 gross annual salary - CCNL Pelli e Cuoio Industria (Leather and Leather Goods Industry National Collective Agreement)
