Your responsibilities
As store manager:

• You ensure a healthy and efficient management of the store's operations using different indicators.
• You supervise teams from various departments and ensure smooth communication.
• You motivate and train your teams to achieve good performance and a pleasant work environment.
• You make sure all employees are well integrated, equipped, and trained to perform their tasks effectively.
• You welcome clients warmly and offer them quality service, using the knowledge and expertise of your teams as needed.
• You ensure that all employees respect health and safety at work (SST) procedures minutely.
• You act as the main ambassador for the client service quality of your store.
