Lead and manage the daily operations of a store to ensure that the overall objectives, store targets and customer service standards are met and exceeded. Stock Management Ensure that stock is accurately received & unpacked to merchandise and replenish the sales floor. Monitor and manage stock levels through defined processes (stock counts, stock takes, stock loss action plans, to mitigate risks (stock loss) and ensure adequate stock on hand. Oversee the overall maintenance of the stockroom to maintain a clean and organized environment. Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize product availability. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to stock management. Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and continuous learning. Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Identify and address any training or development needs of team members. Develop and implement plans to improve store appearance, including visual merchandising, display fixtures, and overall store cleanliness. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to employee relations, customer service, and store operations. Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
