STORE MANAGER AW-LAB GENOVA

AW LAB is an urban sport style laboratory that offers its customers the coolest products of the moment. Born in '97, under the name Athletes World, now it has more than 200 stores. AW LAB is part of the Bata group, a global leader in the footwear sector, with over 5,000 stores in more than 100 countries. AW LAB offers a wide range of sneakers from international sports brands and an extensive selection of exclusive designs. AW LAB is looking for a STORE MANAGER to be placed in Genoa. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion and sportswear, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. He/She must be able to manage a team of sales staff, ensuring that they are motivated and working effectively towards achieving sales targets. The STORE MANAGER will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of store appearance, including visual merchandising and display. In addition, he/she will be expected to identify opportunities for increasing sales and implementing initiatives to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Business Administration or a related field, with at least 3 years' experience in retail management. He/She must also be fluent in Italian and English.
