Store manager - Antwerpen Korte Gasthuisstraat

As our new shop manager (35 hours), working in the luxury retail segment, you are ultimately responsible for achieving our sales targets and creating unforgettable customer experiences.

This means among other things:

• a role model to be for your team and an ambassador for the Rituals brand;
• working together with your area manager to determine and improve sales and KPI goals;
• developing monthly plans (including optimal staffing) based on productivity targets;
• ensuring that store administration runs smoothly (cash register control, absenteeism, time registration, inventory, health and safety, store maintenance). You also manage the store budgets (including costs and productivity) and work with financial results;
• coaching your team, stimulating their well-being and involvement by regularly conducting 1-on-1 conversations. You know how to make a connection with your team and organize team meetings to celebrate successes and reflect on possible growth points and developments.
