STORE MANAGER

YOUR NEW ROLE We are looking for Store Manager profiles for stores in the Almería area. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer the daily operation of the store, including accounting, budgeting, hiring, discipline, and employee scheduling.
• Oversee inventory, sales promotion, and store appearance maintenance.
• Implement merchandising, financial administration, and sales staff supervision.
• Ensure the execution of all organizational policies to achieve projected sales and profit objectives.
• Advise and direct department management to resolve operational issues and improve department performance and conditions.

ABOUT YOU:

• Previous experience of 3 to 5 years in store management or similar roles.
• University degree in business administration, commerce, or related areas.
• Advanced knowledge in accounting and budgeting.
• Experience in staff supervision and management.
• Experience in implementing merchandising and financial administration strategies at the store level.
