STORE MANAGER – MC2 SAINT BARTH ORIO AL SERIO AIRPORT

The ideal candidate is a dynamic person with strong goal orientation and several years of experience in the role of Store Manager in companies within the fashion and luxury sector.

The chosen resource will be responsible for maximizing sales in compliance with company standards through the guidance, motivation, and growth of the team members. They will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives assigned by headquarters;
• Ensuring the achievement of the store's productivity objectives;
• Identifying effective solutions to adapt staff presence on the floor to the needs of traffic and customers;
• Ensuring team motivation;
• Ensuring compliance with and correct application of company Visual Merchandising guidelines, ensuring product presentation is consistent with brand standards and aimed at enhancing the customer experience and sales performance.

Excellent standing, propensity for teamwork and human resource management, results orientation, passion for fashion, positivity, flexible working hours, and a strong aptitude for assisted sales complete the profile.
