Store Manager

For an important brand operating in the luxury clothing sector, we are looking for a Store Manager figure.

The resource we are looking for will have the following responsibilities:

• Independently manage the point of sale, ensuring compliance with company procedures and brand image standards.
• Coordinate, support, and motivate boutique staff, organizing shifts, daily activities, and shared sales objectives.
• Monitor the store's economic results by analyzing sales, margins, and performance indicators to propose targeted corrective actions.
• Cultivate relationships with the client base, ensuring personalized service and promoting loyalty initiatives consistent with the luxury or premium positioning.
• Organize and manage in-boutique events

Required Qualifications

• Background in the luxury segment and experience managing a loyal client base with high purchasing potential.
• Good leadership skills with concrete experience in coordinating sales teams focused on achieving objectives.
• Ability to work as a team and promote operational collaboration among different boutique roles to ensure high service standards.
• Attention to customer service quality with the ability to manage complex situations while maintaining a professional and solution-oriented approach.

The resource will be hired with a permanent contract.

Position level: 1st level of CCNL Commercio (Commerce National Collective Bargaining Agreement) - Employee Qualification

Salary range: between 45 and 55K
