Responsibilities Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets Controlling expenses Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management Executing in-store merchandising strategy and standards Ensuring customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers Qualifications & Experience A matric certificate or equivalent qualification required 3-5 years retail experience preferably in a similar role Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and inspire staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays
