Our leaders aim to progress our employees and company. As a Store Manager, you are responsible for planning and achieving sales and profit targets of the store. You lead, coach, and develop your team, promote a healthy work environment, and ensure customer experience prioritizes the client.

Responsibilities

Sales & Profit :

• You direct with the will to offer the best possible experience to all our colleagues and clients.
• You analyze and follow key performance indicators for sales and profits of your store and take necessary measures to maximize results.
• You supervise store operations and ensure that best practices are applied in-store and conform to regional vision.

People & Teams :

• You ensure all responsibilities regarding employee relations, legal requirements, and H&M policies are respected.
• You recruit, train, develop, and actively support the development and training of our future Talents.
• You evaluate and manage team performances through dialogues, development plans, and feedback to encourage leadership and respond to company needs.
• You ensure health, safety, and legal aspects are handled in accordance with H&M standards and local legislation.
