Duties and Responsibilities: To achieve the annual sales budget through meeting and exceeding daily and monthly budgets to ensure the sustainability of the business. To manage and control the financial aspects of running the store to ensure store profitability. To adhere to merchandising standards in line with the brand requirements to ensure good product mix. To ensure proper stock management and control to minimise loss and to ensure product availability, by monitoring stock related risks. To maintain a high level of customer service and ensure that all customers are treated fairly and with respect. To develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue. To identify and capitalise on opportunities for growth and improvement within the store. To build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives. To maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company policies and procedures. To ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
