Store Layout & Flow Optimization Manager

Role Responsibilities: Store Layout & Planning Design and optimize store layouts for new openings across APAC, including front-of-house, back-of-house, prep, cashier, and pickup areas Develop standardized layout models for different store formats (street stores, mall stores, kiosks, etc.) Ensure layouts comply with local regulations and operational constraints Flow Optimization Analyze customer and staff movement to eliminate bottlenecks and improve production speed Design optimal order-to-pick paths for efficient picking and packing processes Implement process improvements to reduce labor costs and increase productivity Monitor and adjust store layouts as needed to ensure ongoing optimization Store Layout & Planning Requirements: Strong understanding of retail operations, including store layout design and planning Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with CAD software or similar tools Experience working in a retail or related industry preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. architecture, engineering, business administration) or equivalent experience
