Job Title: Store Executive

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Store Executive with 2–3 years of experience in store management and knowledge of inventory systems. The candidate should be proficient in Tally and ERP software, and able to handle material inward/outward, stock records, and coordination with production and purchase departments.

• Handle material receipt, issue, and storage as per company procedures.

• Maintain accurate inventory records in Tally and ERP systems.

• Ensure proper documentation of GRN, delivery challan, purchase order, inward & outward entries.

• Coordinate with the Production & Purchase department for timely availability of materials.

• Monitor stock levels and conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconciliation.

• Maintain FIFO/LIFO method for material handling and storage.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

• Ensure store area cleanliness, safety, and proper arrangement of materials.

• Track and monitor material consumption, and notify shortages in advance.

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing industry (preferred).

• Proficient in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.

• Strong knowledge of inventory control and store documentation.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
