The Role:
To help in our mission to continue being the best in what we do, Storage King seeks an individual to become a Storage Consultant in a part-time role to join our team based in Kumeu.

Storage Consultants are vital in supporting the day-to-day management of the store and work hand in hand with the management team to deliver exceptional store results and customer service.

Our Storage Consultants are involved with several aspects of our operation, including customer sales, service, administrative support and facility maintenance. There are opportunities for professional growth across each of these areas.

Work hours:
Saturdays 8.30am to 4pm
Total: 7 hours per week

Store hours:
Monday to Friday 9am - 3.30pm
Saturday 9am - 4pm

What you will need:

• Willingness to learn new skills associated with a sales and customer service role training is provided.
• Self-motivated and able to work using own initiative or with support and direction
• Enjoy problem-solving and taking ownership of tasks
• Passion for delivering customer service excellence, with an above and beyond attitude and work ethic
• Enthusiasm as a team player with a hands-on approach to a diverse range of tasks
• Goal-orientated and results-driven
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Physically fit
• Drivers license
