As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers have an outstanding experience when dealing with us. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and has excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service by being approachable, friendly, and knowledgeable about our products and services. • Ensure all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner. • Work closely with the store team to ensure that all customers receive an outstanding experience when dealing with us. • Be proactive in identifying and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during your shift. • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions, including payments and collections. • Participate in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge.
