Storage & Backup Advanced expertise in SAN/NAS architectures, including HPE, EMC, NetApp, VMware vSAN, and Cisco HyperFlex Distributed Filesystem. Strong knowledge of storage fabric management (Cisco, Brocade), including provisioning, multipathing, zoning, and masking. Proven experience in capacity planning, performance optimisation, and lifecycle management of enterprise storage platforms. Deep understanding of replication technologies, snapshot policies, and regular recovery testing. Hands-on expertise with backup software (Veeam, Veritas, Commvault) and data protection solutions (Symantec, IBM). Familiarity with cloud-based storage solutions (AWS S3, Azure Blob Storage) and containerized storage systems (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of ITIL v3 framework and experience in implementing service management processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills.
