STONAA PTY LTD specialises in supplying, fabricating and installing marble, granite and engineered stone benchtops. We work with individual clients, small and large builders, cabinet makers, architects and designers.

We are looking for a Full time Stonemason to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Studies plans and specifications to determine materials required, dimensions and installation procedures

Sealing foundations with damp-resistant materials and spreading layers of mortar to serve as a base and binder for stone blocks.

Cutting, shaping, grinding, and polishing marble, granite, and engineered stone using hand tools and machinery.

Shaping stones and bricks to fit irregular spaces or design requirements.

Operate stone-cutting machinery, hand tools, and polishing equipment safely and efficiently.

Install benchtops, splashbacks, and other stone fixtures on-site with accuracy and care.

Inspect materials for defects and ensure all work meets company and client quality standards.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

Liaise with clients, builders, and team members to ensure smooth project delivery.

Follow all workplace health and safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications, experience and skills required

AQF Certificate III in stonemasonry or equivalent

2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role

Strong knowledge of working with marble, granite, and engineered stone

Excellent attention to detail and a high level of craftsmanship.
