Description of the job

• We are looking for a professional to perform construction work, repairs on masonry, concrete and other materials, guided by designs, schemes and specifications, using relevant processes and tools to build, renovate or repair buildings and similar works.
• Construction of small civil works, laying ceramic flooring, wall coverings, floors and slabs using general building materials;
• Verify the characteristics of the works, examining plans and technical specifications;
• Orient in choosing the appropriate material and the best way to execute the work;
• Built foundations, raised walls, mounds and similar constructions;
• Smooth out structures built;
• Perform corrective maintenance work on buildings of the ative, sidewalks and similar structures.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding for execution of desired works;
• Responsible for correct completion and delivery of service orders as well as daily activity reports;
• Execute works and repairs on buildings and residential plumbing;
• Maintain control of building materials, requesting purchases when necessary;
• Perform predial inspections and preventive activities according to defined plans;
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, take care of equipment and tools entrusted to you;
