The Chambord National Domain is seeking a qualified stonecutter to join its technical team on a full-time permanent basis.

Affiliated with the building and garden direction, you will intervene on all buildings and constructions within the domain. As head of pole, you will ensure operational supervision of an agent, in relay with the technical and logistical service chief.

Perform traditional masonry and heritage restoration works

• Intervene on various construction sites: concrete, partitioning (plaster, boarding, insulation), floors (slabs, tiles, flooring), ceramics

• Carry out repairs: fencing, small masonry, painting

• Manage supplies and materials

• Supervise an agent and transmit the service chief's instructions

• Control the execution and quality of works performed

• Participate in maintenance, relocation, cleaning, and transportation

• Collaborate with technical teams on other missions: exhibitions, grounds maintenance, etc.

Soldering skills would be an asset

Education: CAP/BEP in masonry

Experience in large-scale construction and second-tier works (partitioning, insulation, flooring)

Sense of proximity management and good workmanship

Finesse, reactivity, autonomy

Polyvalence in building trades

Interest in built heritage restoration

Pleasure in teamwork and good relationships
